Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director of Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, testing and publishing actionable business intelligence solutions that drive scaleable results. This goal will be achieved by working with cross-functional business teams and utilizing Teradata, Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Python, as well as other data and visualization tools. The Director of Analytics is the strategy and operations-focused leader with the responsibility to enable HealthTrust’s non-acute strategy from the ethical use of data assets, advanced analytics-driven insights, advanced automation, robust data quality, and sound data management practices.

He/she is responsible for providing a data strategy to support the most valuable customer experience, optimize processes, reduce the cost of customer acquisition, and increase the portfolio value all through scalable communications and visualizations. Will ensure the effective design, build, deployment, documentation and maintenance of relational and multidimensional databases and machine learning models to support end-user processes.

What you will do in this role includes:

• Responsible for integration of data to properly visualize insights and market trends across the non-acute members.
• Responsible for providing a data strategy to support the most valuable customer experience, optimize processes, reduce the cost of customer acquisition, and increase the portfolio value through scalable communications and visualizations.
• Responsible for data to drive Next Best Action Methodology used throughout AdvantageTrust.
• Responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying our business intelligence solutions across the non-acute .
• Work closely with business owners, senior stakeholders, and the Supply Chain team to gather, define, and translate data analysis requirements.
• Support multiple analytical processes and projects, transforming data and information into business intelligence.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate's degree Required
• Bachelor's degree Required
• 5 years of experience in professional experience in a technical and/or analytics-based environment Required
• 2 year(s) of experience in Experience using BI discovery-oriented tools required, Power BI experience Preferred
