Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager, Implementation is responsible for managing implementation of best practices of current membership while enhancing portfolio knowledge to the rest of the team. In this role, the Implementation Manager will support the accurate and timely completion of the established workplan including required data analytics reviews and contract tier guidance, vendor connectivity through eLOC submission and direct vendor communications, and possess a keen ability to identify contract offerings and opportunities to assure a successful on-boarding experience for the member and enhance member value throughout their member journey. The ability to recognize risk and propose strategy to mitigate and escalate accordingly will be key to success in this role. The Implementation Manager will serve as an internal resource across all departments to offer education and support to enrich team knowledge and conduct member engaging account health reviews in collaboration with Account Management Team.

What you will do in this role includes:

  • Primary responsibility in the onboarding implementation and maintenance guidance of the portfolio on accounts averaging $3 – 15 million in annual spend.
  • Oversees scalable implementation & post-implementation work that delivers value to all stakeholders.
  • Resource for Account Management and Sales Team on account implementation best practices.
  • Supplements Account Management and Sales knowledge of the contract portfolio
  • Implement short- and long-term strategies for member retention
  • Develops trust and loyalty through competence and expert contract and contract application knowledge to strengthen the member relationship
  • Provides critical project management and uses discretion and complex problems solving skills to ensure success and leverage investments for greater ROI.
  • Responsible for maximizing penetration of accounts with contract portfolio and distribution opportunities
  • Cross reference knowledge to offer optimized solutions based on member and/or rep scenarios.
  • Coordinate and maintain the build out process of module, formulary, and audit-based implementation through coordination with Senior Director, Implementation

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in Healthcare Industry or GPO Supply Chain facing role required.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, relationship building, and management preferred.
