Advantage Seamless Gutters is Hiring a Lead Office Assistant Near Brainerd, MN

We are seeking a true professional with a passion for service to their community. Our ideal candidate will have prior clerical experience and would be open to taking on various administrative tasks as aptitude dictates.

Advantage Seamless Gutters is headquartered right here in Brainerd, and in addition to the beautiful Lakes Area and greater Minnesota, and we have additional locations to serve the communities of:

  • Rhinelander, WI

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be knowledgeable about our full line of services, getting to know customers and asking the right questions to determine their needs and assist them with their project every step of the way.
  • Answer inbound calls, working within our intuitive and customer-centric appointment and job tracking system to schedule appointments for our sales teams. Answer customer questions through product and service knowledge, troubleshooting, and communication with necessary departments.
  • Educate customers on our process, keeping lines of communication open so that customers know what to expect and know that questions or concerns they have will be resolved the first time.
  • Make outbound booking and scheduling calls, as well as follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment on balances due.
  • Respond to text messages and emails to provide customers a choice of multiple avenues of ultra-responsive, consistent, high-quality communication.
  • Scan and file job forms and other data, ensuring pertinent information is properly documented in our system for office, sales, and installation staff.
  • Register customer warranties with external vendors.
  • Being a liaison to the customer, taking extreme ownership of your role, their project, and the company’s success to ensure maximum satisfaction every time.
  • Various office duties such as preparation of customer folders, cleaning and stocking, and various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Pleasant, professional energy and tone in all communication forms: in-person, verbal, and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure. Collaboration with escalated customers critical for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to learn quickly. Willingness to become cross-trained on product offerings across our entire family of companies.
  • Computer and technology skills necessary to effectively utilize our various software systems.
  • An ambitious, can-do attitude and a desire to achieve excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
