Pay $16.00 per hour

Qualifications Customer service experience, 2 years of sales experience and knowledge of appliances is preferred, and the ability to lift 50 pounds

Inside Sales Representative Tasks :

• Welcome customers and begin conversations to help understand their needs for selecting household appliances.
• Provide customers with detailed product information by staying updated on features and specifications of appliances.
• Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and selling appliances.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing post-purchase issues.
• Maintain a well-organized showroom, monitor inventory levels, and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a positive working environment and promote special offers and promotions.
