Hours : 1st Shift, 8 am-6 pm
Pay : $16 per hour
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by creating proposals and talking with clients about their proposals, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as emailing customers, preparing correspondence, and data entry.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve will ensure that all relevant and pertinent information is detailed in the quotes, for customers, admin staff, and technicians.
- Handle the high volume of proposals needed quickly and be responsible for follow-up after quotes are sent out.
- Help showroom guests and salespeople as needed.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Be able to suggest improvements and manage processes or promote process improvement when needed.
- Learn and understand product lines and the basics of installation of various products.
- Have knowledge or ability to quickly acquire the basics of construction parameters.
- Proficiency in clerical practices and procedures, proficiency in MS Office, and service Fusion system or similar CRM experience preferred.
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
