This company has 2 locations in the southeastern region of Wisconsin and houses about 75 machines in their combined 200,000 sq ft. With about 75 machines, they serves a variety of industries including fitness, agriculture, industrial, automotive, construction, and more while maintaining quality work in an efficient environment.

The company is expanding rapidly and are bringing in state of the art technology allowng automoation to drive their new machine cell designs. The ideal candidate will support their operation and ensure proper care of the machines in this role.

This is an opportunity to work 2nd shift (1st shift will be considered for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components
• Read and analyze blueprints, schematics, PLC ladder logic, and wiring diagrams
• Replace motors, servos, sensors and more
• Perform alignments on CNC spindles and turrets, as well as leveling on all equipment as required
• Support continuous process improvements
• Install new robotic cells 

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a CNC environment working with mills and lathes
• Experience in troubleshooting, dismantling, and repairing a variety of machinery including CNC mills and lathes
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret a variety of blueprints, schematics, and documentation
• Previous experience working with Fanuc robots and other equipment a big plus!
