Position – Maintenance Assistant

Job Location – Neenah, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2:50pm-12:50am 40 Hours: Mon-Thurs. 50 Hours: Mon-Fri.

*Note that if we need to work 60 hours/week the schedule changes (1st- 5:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri/ 2nd- 5:00pm-5:00am

Starting Pay – Hourly rate is $22.74/hour plus $1.35/hour shift differential

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

.Assist maintenance personnel while learning maintenance skills required to keep the facility &

equipment in good, running condition. This position is eligible for maintenance progression.

Responsibilities

- Help other maintenance personnel wherever needed.

- Work with the appropriate vendors/suppliers to ensure all equipment, assets, and facilities operate properly & efficiently.

- Work with the production team to make sure that all equipment is properly working while meeting safety & quality standards

-Ensure all aspects of the facility are being maintained, and operational at all times.

-welder, saws, grinders, drills, torch, lathe, milling machine, knives, saw

blades, arbor press, sander, DC tooling, operate scissors lift, PIT vehicles & drive maintenance truck.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Above average mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills are required.

- Able to follow verbal and written instructions & trainable by other qualified maintenance employees.

- Legible handwriting & Attention to computer entry detail & accuracy.
