WOW Logistics is now hiring for a Repair and Maintenance Technician!

WOW Logistics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented person to provide routine preventative maintenance and repairs in a variety of trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical or other recognized crafts.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties and communicates with management regarding proper grounds keeping and general cleanup and maintenance
• Assists with installation of various equipment, repair and maintenance at warehouses
• Construction work, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
• Assists with small interior/exterior concrete replacement projects. Floor joint caulking
• Respond to emergency situations during after-hours to resolve immediate safety and product concern

Qualifications:

• General construction laborer experience
• Concrete finishing experience
• Plumbing, electrical knowledge
• Painting, drywall finishing, flooring installation experience
• CDL preferred
• Must be detail-oriented and well organized; excellent written, listening, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong MS Office Skills; including Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
• Strong math skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, self-manage, and successfully balance multiple tasks and requests to meet project deadlines
• Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment
