Import Operations Assistant Manager (Ocean/Air)

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and guide the success of team members daily, weekly tasks and shipments

· Maintain and manage customer relations to ensure high service and satisfaction levels

· Support continuous learning and development of team members

· Conduct market and competitor research to come up with improvement initiatives for operational purposes

· Ensure accounts receivables are being collected and accounts payables are being paid in a timely manner

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

· 2 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· Speaks Korean

Work Conditions

· Salary: $60,000- $70,000 (based on experience)

*Salary is negotiable upon in-person interview.

· Location: Secaucus, NJ

· Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
