Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate creation and setting of KPIs as it relates to and aligns with organizational goals
• Maintain set budgets, monitor positive cash flow, and control P/L
• Spearhead and oversee the pricing and business development/sales strategies for the team
• Ensure training for team members
• Troubleshoot sensitive and key issues to uphold high customer satisfaction and operational levels
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and vendors as it aligns with strategic goals of organization
• Review and (dis)approve accounts payable and accounts receivable as submitted by team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• 10 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
• 6-8 years of experience of working in multiple operational functions and principles, including, finance, customer service, supply chain, operations (preferred)
• 6 years in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed up by previous professional success
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficient in Korean

Work Conditions

• Salary: $85,000- $105,000 (based on experience)
• Full time time On-Site Employment
• Location: Secaucus, NJ
• Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM
