Responsibilities
- Assists in providing a safe working environment for all team members.
- Responsible to manage receiving and verification cargo from each vendor.
- Responsible to manage quality inspection process.
- Responsible to manage sort and stage cargo according to instruction.
- Responsible to create commercial documents.
- Responsible to communicate with custom broker and customer
- Implement quality requirements according to each process
- Responsible to fulfills productivity requirements according to the Standard target time
- Maintains work area according to 5S standards
- Directs and oversees the work, day-to-day operations, training and development of a group of at least two team members.
- Other duties may be assigned
Experience:
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese and English.
- Time management skill is required.
- Must be able to prioritizes daily operations.
- Preferable experience in warehouse operation.
- Knowledge in ERP systems is preferred.
- Microsoft Excel is required.
- Ability to manage numerous tasks, projects, supply lines, clients, and vendors simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and grow a team.
