What you'll do

  • Take ownership of projects and deliver results on time.
  • Collaborate internationally and group-wide with different departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to ensure the smooth execution of interdepartmental projects.
  • Organize and manage RFPs, responding to general inquiries and requests for proposals.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to team members in sales and non-sales roles.
  • Exhibit advanced and ad-hoc problem-solving skills to address both internal and customer-facing challenges.
  • Act as a communication liaison between the US team and HQ in Munich, Germany, facilitating the exchange of vital information.

What you'll need

  • Several years of proven experience in Sales Operations, as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in the IT and/or Telecommunication industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
