NOTICE OFFILING OF APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABORCERTIFICATION PROGRAM
An application concerning the employment of oneor more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed withthe Department of Labor (DOL) or the Department of Homeland Security. ThisNotice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, endingbetween 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certificationapplication.

POSITION TITLE: ITProject Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
• Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.
• Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
• Direct and supervise activities of project personnel, and provide feedback.
• Ensures that the Scrum process is rigorously followed by the team;
• Coach the team on Scrum principles and practices;
• Ensure that there is a clear communication between the team and stakeholders;
• Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection of project personnel in cooperation with HR.

• Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires 24 months ofexperience as Operations Analyst, Demand Manager, or in a related IT-position. Furthermore,the following is required:

• Experience with processes in Demand Management;
• Experience with coaching on Scrum principles and practices; and
• At least 1 year of experience using Jira & Confluence.

SALARY: $142,500per year & standard benefits package.
