In your role, you will be helping our operations team by providing the needed scheduling support so that we can keep things running smoothly and get one step closer to fulfilling our mission: going above and beyond for our medically fragile patients.
This is an opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn new things every day but also has the initiative to take on tasks, assist other team members, and do what’s necessary to find answers and achieve results for our clients! Does this sound like you? If yes, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sound relationships with ACP families & caregivers to ensure cohesive partnerships
- Create schedules that keep our caregivers engaged while providing support to the families
- Ensure all families and patients have complete and accurate schedules and monthly calendars are sent out by the required time each month
- Communicate daily/weekly with every family and their assigned nurses to make sure they are aware of their schedules. This includes providing customer support to all parties regarding the scheduling system
- Maintains on-call responsibilities per standard company practice
- Appropriately communicate with all personnel through staff and departmental meetings as well as written and oral communications
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 1 year of professional experience
- Preferred experience in customer service
- Good spoken and written communication skills
