Advanced Air Systems in the Gila Valley is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative - CSR to help our customers with their HVAC, electrical, or plumbing inquiries.

This office position earns a competitive wage of $15 - $25 / hour with opportunity for spiffs. We also provide excellent benefits , including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with a company match, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, paid sick days, and paid training .

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

As a Customer Service Representative - CSR, you are vital to our home services business. In our fast-paced customer-centric environment, you help our customers through the phone or in person.

Making sure our customers have 5-star service experience, you promptly answer questions and handle any issues or concerns.

You even have opportunities to offer our services and earn spiffs. With patience and professionalism, you build great rapport and establish strong customer relations.
