Position: Field Maintenance Supervisor - Colorado
Location: Denver & Southern Colorado
Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days)
Type: Full Time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends)

As a Litter Removal Field Maintenance Supervisor, you play a crucial role in our success, ensuring our beautiful state stays litter-free.
Your Role:
- Start Early, Finish Early: Your day begins at sunrise, ending in the early afternoon, from Monday to Friday.
- Be the Boss: Manage your schedule and crew with independence, backed by our support (vehicles, equipment, and training provided).
- Achieve Together: Collaborate directly with the CO Operations Market Manager to meet goals and complete schedules.
- Travel: Expect to travel within and outside Colorado up to one week per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly litter removal schedules.
- Lead and develop a successful maintenance team.
- Ensure safety and compliance with AHMC policies.
- Utilize technology for efficient route planning and reporting.
Who You Are:
- A valid driver’s license holder with a clean record.
- 2 years in a supervisory role, with a knack for leading and inspiring teams.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with MS Office, Google Maps, and various apps.
- A problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Ready to drive, walk, and lift as part of your daily routine.
