Our “OPS” (Outside Pre-Sales) Lead works closely with the Director of our OPS teams and Sales Managers to provide day to day training and support to the OPS team members. The OPS team lead position is a field position, when there are no immediate training or support needs, the OPS Lead will canvass in their own territory to generate leads for the Sales Team. 

The OPS Team Lead is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, submitting payroll and producing leads in the field. The ideal candidate will have experience with growing and managing a team. Legacy Restoration is a growing company with continued opportunity for growth, career development and management training. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day to day training and support for their OPS team - both in the office and in the field.
• Canvassing with your team in neighborhoods affected by storms.
• Setting appointments for free exterior inspections.
• Communication with customers and team members using smartphone apps and company technology platforms.
• Confidently explaining the Legacy story.
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Work with leadership and sales reps on tracking personal/team performance, selecting optimal lead generation opportunities.
• Time keeping and reporting submitted as needed, including payroll, expenses, orders, and bonuses.
