As a Senior Product Manager on the Adobe Real-Time CDP B2B Edition, you'll extend Adobe's industry leading customer data platform for B2B businesses, speeding growth for a large and fast-growing new market for Adobe.
Prepare to apply your creativity, knowledge of competitors, and understanding of customer needs to provide groundbreaking innovations that help brands push the limits of their outstanding customer experiences.
Along the way, you will learn and incorporate sophisticated technology including Adobe Sensei artificial intelligence and machine learning.
What you'll Do
  • Conceptualize and develop products and accompanying product strategy
  • Write detailed product requirement as epics and user stories that allow for efficient development and prioritization
  • Develop market mastery by working with customers, industry analysts, partners and others
  • Collaborate with UX Design team to create mockup and wireframes for product concepts
  • Collaborate with Research team to solicit user feedback, then review, prioritize, and translate customer feedback into robust product capabilities that delight customers
  • Develop product documentation, thought leadership, customer presentations and other content assets
  • Collaborate with product team members and leadership to help ensure a cohesive, integrated product portfolio
  • Collaborate with product marketing and the Adobe field teams to launch the new products / functionality and drive feature adoption and usage.
  • Obsess over solving the most challenging problems of our customers
Formula for success
  • Demonstrated knowledge of B2B marketing operations and technology
  • Extensive experience building Enterprise multi-tenant SaaS solutions
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally to guide diverging decision-makers and drivers, approvers, and contributors to shared objectives and successful outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills that allow you to work optimally with individuals as diverse as software developers, quality assurance engineers, UX designers, researchers, support specialists, sales representatives, pre-sales and professional services consultants, customer success managers, and operations staff
  • The presentation skills and confidence to wow a live or virtual audience while educating them at the same time
  • 3 years of product management experience with knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process and the Product Owner role
  • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and applications such as Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud, and Oracle Eloqua are a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree or four years equivalent experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
