Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our marine vessels. As the Marine Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, as well as managing a team of captains and crew members. This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone with a strong background in marine operations and management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our marine fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Coordinate and schedule captains and crew for boat tours
- Captain vessels as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of vessels to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment, supplies, and spare parts
- Maintain accurate records of vessel maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Experience:
- Proven experience in marine operations management
- Strong knowledge of marine vessel systems, including propulsion, electrical systems
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to interact with passengers and provide a fun tour experience.

-Must have NYS PV license or have ability to take and pass test.

-Must have boating experience and be able to handle a 15 ton vesse.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
