Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing various tasks to support the daily operations of Human Resources including maintaining HRIS, answering employee questions, processing paperwork, maintaining records and supporting HR operations. Manage administrative activities for the Human Resources department (data entry, filing, reporting, etc.). Assist Talent Partners and HR Business Partners with data entry into HRIS as needed. Initial point of contact for employees with HR-related questions and issues. Support Talent, HRBPs and Total Rewards with various project. Provide reporting and analytical support. Assist in creating employee communications.
Education requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree preferred.
Required Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
