Adecco is currently assisting a local technology client recruiting **Inside Sales Representatives** in **Dover, NH** . This Inside Sales job is a temp to hire opportunity, with a starting base pay rate of **$17 /HR** , plus incentives / commission and overtime!

**Job Duties / Requirements** :

Schedule sales appointments

Provide excellent communication and phone skills

Work independently in a fast-paced environment

Cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads

Work with clients to create solutions for their needs

Consult through the sales process

Make between 80 outbound calls each day

Must be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets

Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

**Qualifications** :

At least 2 years of customer service skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Outgoing and positive personality

Well-spoken

Energetic

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
