Job Requirements:

Year(s) of Experience: 3-4 years of administrative/secretary/receptionist experience

Education: Bachelor Preferred or equivalent years of experience

Additional: Proficiency in MS Office required, CRM system experience a plus

Hours: Part- time, M-F, 10 am - 3 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Mail Management: Sort, send, and receive mail and packages, including FedEx shipments.
• Office Maintenance: Keep the office tidy, including watering plants and restocking supplies.
• Phone Handling: Answer and redirect phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
• Document Preparation: Prepare, copy, and file documents as needed.
• Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, managing schedules, and assisting with projects.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• General Office Duties: Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall functionality of the office.
