Addictive Desert Designs is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Queen Creek, AZ


DV8 Offroad is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist. As a team and company we support a collaborative environment and value open participation from individuals with different ideas, experiences, and perspectives.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Able to build rapport with current and future customers.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers with great attention to detail.
  • Able to process return(s) documentations, corrections, and replacements accurately.
  • Track orders and provide up to date status to customers, when applicable.
  • Input new orders into the Company ERP system accordingly and accurately.
  • Manage warranty claims, when applicable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-Motivated, Patient, and Communicative
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.
  • A strong willingness to work independently to acquire in-depth knowledge of our products.
  • Good time management skills and able to prioritize different tasks each day.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong internal and external verbal / written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • General knowledge and understanding of the automotive/offroad market, parts, and industry.

Summary of Experience and Education

  • High school Diploma or GED required.
  • Some college or the equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Customer service, customer development, and/or business development experience a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
