Job Description:
We are a rapidly growing family-owned auto repair shop seeking a Customer Service Specialist. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for every customer right from their first step through our doors. With the busy season approaching, we need someone to uphold our welcoming atmosphere.
In our shop, creating a family-like environment is a top priority, and we extend that same treatment to our customers. We are looking for someone who can make our customers feel right at home and is eager to grow with us as we expand.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Check customers in when they arrive
- Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and understanding
- Schedule appointments and collaborate with foreman and advisor to ensure timely completions
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records
- Update customers via email, phone call and instant messaging throughout the day
- Shuttle customers to and from appointments when necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their understanding of products, services, and policies
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary
- Multilingual is a plus, but not necessary
- Valid Driver's license
Job type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: 875 N Mcqueen Rd Suite #103, Gilbert, AZ 85233
