Summary of Key Responsibilities: Addictive Desert Designs is looking to hire an R&D Install Tech who will be involved in the continuous development and introduction of new innovative products to the market. This position is essential to the success of new product releases and requires team collaboration throughout the end-to-end process. Previous automotive and shop experience is essential to the success of this role.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to work independently
• Proper organization of shop tools and equipment
• Maintain, company owned, vehicles to be event ready
• Provide technical installation assistance to CSR team when needed
• Install & remove general aftermarket parts - such as lift kits, bumpers, LED lighting, intercoolers, etc.
• Basic prior automotive electrical knowledge - 12V wiring including lighting, winches, etc.
• Assist with logistics in acquiring/delivering vehicles used for R&D purposes
• Perform test fits of prototype parts and verify functionality of associated factory equipped features
