Adult Day Care in Northern Las Vegas looking for a Program Director/Manager.

Responsibilities:

• The director oversees the planning of the daily program activities to ensure that it meets the needs of the participants. The director coordinates and directs the professional staff and the development of individual service plans and Medicaid Treatment Authorization Requests.
• Implementing and coordinating the program- The director is responsible to see that activities and therapies are planned to respond to the medical, therapeutic and social needs of the clients and to ensure that these activities are carried out in a professional manner, with the participations and inclusion of the participants, to extent that are able.
• Continuously evaluation the participants' changing needs and adjusting the program as necessary- The director monitors the participant records and conducts meetings on a regular basis to review the needs of the participants and to see that any necessary program adjustments are made. The director oversees the provision of social services to ensure that any important issues of health, safety, and well being of the participants in their personal lives are addressed.
• Supervising the employees and volunteers- The director supervises activities of all staff and volunteers, and oversees the hiring, training and evaluation processes. Oversees the activities of contracted staff and ensures that contracted services are being delivered
• Providing for in-service education- The director plans and coordinates an in-service training program for all employees.
• Any other duties assigned by Administrator

Qualifications:

• BA in Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Adult Day Care experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Management experience required 2 years. Management in a Health care setting preferred
