We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work at our Adult Care Facility located in Northern Las Vegas.

Duties:

• Conduct initial/reassessments for each participant as well as develop a written plan of care.
• Assess each participant to determine needs for personal care and assistance in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, self-feeding.
• Administer medications or monitor self-administration of medication by participants
• Supervise activities of all program aides when providing personal care to participants
• Assess urgent patient care situations to determine appropriate course of action, provide emergency care and arrange for transport to obtain medical assistance.
• Coordinate with the participants primary care physician regarding any change in the participant's condition.
• Quarterly nursing notes to reflect progress toward achieving health and or social goals.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License
• Knowledgeable of physical, mental & social needs
• Experience working in a community based program providing services to the elderly (1 )
• CPR/First Aid Training
• TB clearance & Physical exam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
