Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Applicants with an RN license that has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more may be required to successfully complete a state-approved refresher course.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Must hold current RN licensure in the state or be eligible for licensure. Required advanced certifications depending on the department.
• Skills: Excellent customer service and patient relationship skills, effective communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution abilities, and computer literacy. Additional training may be required based on departmental needs.
