Essential Responsibilities:
1.Manage the priority, planning, and project scope of engineering projects to ensure customer requirements and timing are met
2.Ensure projects are completed to profitability targets, including budget, cost and tooling targets
3.Communicate the impact of scope changes to all stakeholders, including customers, with regards to cost, timing, and overall impact
4.Lead and manage cross functional team, including direct reports’ priorities and assignments, to meet milestones
5.Achieve targeted ASPICE capability level
6.Update program status to management, report project metrics and escalate issues as required
7.Participate in customer meetings as a primary interface
8.Achieve PPAP sign off from customers
9.Ensure successful phase exit reviews are completed on time
10.Assist in development of quotes and winning new business
Education & Experience:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical or Computer Engineering or Equivalent is preferred
2.10 years experience in program launch of automotive products
3.5 years experience in program management
4.Exposure to multiple OEM programs
5.Multiple successful cradle to grave launches
6.Ability to drive and improve EBIT on life of program
7.Working knowledge of automotive products v-model development
8.Strong planning, monitoring and communication skills
9.Knowledge of ASPICE or equivalent
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
1.Ongoing training
2.Launch program development process improvements
3.ISO26262 functional safety management
4.Travel as needed, including internationally
