Requirements
The Food Safety & Quality Manager is responsible for the planning, developing, writing, submission and implementation of techniques, processes systems, procedures, and work instructions for controlling and maintaining the Food safety and Quality systems for all goods supplied by Butterball Farms. Provides support to other departments as requested.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in food related, microbiology or related field required.
• Master's degree in Food Safety preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Systems Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Supervision required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight, direction, and leadership to multiple direct reports in the quality and sanitation departments.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily workflow of department.
• Participate in interviews and hiring processes when adding members to the department.
• Lead for Quality, Food Safety and Sanitation Departments.
• Recommends and approve purchases for Quality, Food Safety and Sanitation.
• Leads cross-functional department meeting for Food Safety.
