Essential Responsibilities:

1. Lead the technical execution of product design and development to meet milestones
2. Primary technical interface to the customer
3. Understand customer requirements and work with the development team to implement and verify
4. Ensure APQP is applied to the project (DVP&R, DFMEA, DFM, etc.)
5. Ensure applicable ASPICE capability level is achieved
6. Lead issue resolution with the customer and internally
7. Lead the team to manage risk and mitigation
8. Scrum product owner
9. Release and approve BOM and Drawings
10. Manage engineering spend and product cost
11. Report out to management status of projects
12. Lead technical responses to customer RFQs
13. Support Manufacturing
14. Mentor engineers
15. Lead technical core meetings
16. Achieve Electronics Design Checklist sign off for Phase Exits

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical Engineering or related field or relevant experience
2. Experienced in Electronics Project or Product Leadership, automotive preferred
3. Ability to launch and lead product development without supervision

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

1. Attend job-required training
2. ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management, if required
3. Support VA/VE efforts

1. PTC RV&S or equivalent
