Job Description:

Location: Marlton, NJ (Greentree Area location)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Primary Duties:

• Customer Service / Phone Intake
• Inputting of service calls via phone, fax, and email requests
• Scheduling service requests
• Permits and Certification Assistance
• Back-up training in different departments.

Requirements:

  • Dependable and reliable / exceptional attendance
  • Be extremely detailed oriented
  • Possess a minimum of 3 consecutive years in a professional office
  • Past clerical / office experience necessary
  • Past customer service experience preferred
  • Computer experience and accurate typing experience (MS Outlook and Word)
  • Past experience helpful, but not necessary in following fields: Account specialist, payroll, invoicing, billing, accounting, customer service, clerical, administrative, scheduling, receptionist, dispatch, plumbing, HVAC, construction or trade background

Compensation: Starting at $21-$24 (depending on experience)
