Through Dibimed’s exclusive relationship we serve over 2500 IVF Clinics in 80 countries globally. Our footprint spans Europe, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America including over 350 clinics in the United States.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service leader to work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to cross-functionally support multiple aspects of our US operation, as well as support our parent company requirements. We are a relatively small group of dedicated individuals who believe in supporting our customers and each other to the best of our abilities.

A qualified candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, previous experience working in customer service in a high growth environment and be team oriented while capable of working independently. Experience in retail or warehouse operations/fulfillment is also a plus.

The company has an aggressive growth strategy and looking for the right candidate to join us, there is potential for professional promotion as the company scales the US operations to the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of customer records in our ERP (Microsoft Navision):
  • Register customer orders and carry out the corresponding product movements accurately, communicating with warehouse personnel the priorities for processing of orders and shipments
  • Confirm to customers of the status of their orders and shipping dates, and account status.
  • Maintaining system product pricing when necessary
  • Administrative support of inbound inventory and posting purchase orders in Navision
  • Occasional warehouse support in preparing/receiving orders when needed
  • Monitor delivery partners to ensure deliveries are made in accordance with requirements and facilitate timely resolution of any service interruptions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure excellent performance metrics and overall operations
  • Work closely with customers to ensure positive experience management of possible incidents in coordination with the Operations and Financial Manager

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar position
  • Professional excellence, involvement, and commitment.
  • Willingness to “roll-up your sleeves” and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other basic software (Microsoft Navision or Business Central is a plusStrong problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer orientated, with a propensity for continuous improvement
  • Collaborative work style and attitude
