Description:
Multi-office civil consulting firm in downtown Seattle is looking to add a Senior Civil Designer with at least 8 years of applicable experience. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for site layouts, 3D surface models, corridors, pipe networks, and profiles. Project types include site development for commercial, retail, institutional, government, and industrial projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Technical or Associate degree in civil engineering, civil design or drafting
8 years of experience in drafting and design for civil site improvements
Strong knowledge of planning, permitting, design, and construction phases.
Possess advanced knowledge in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including Sheet Set Manager; civil site layout; Civil 3D surface models, corridors, pipe networks and profiles.
Familiar with GIS
Experience prepping public improvement and grading plans, site grading, and earthwork calculations preferred
Experience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team
