JOB DESCRIPTION

Description :

• Work on forensic toxicology team
• Support NY taxi (yellow and black cabs) along with Uber and Lyft drivers in renewing their annual drug screenings
• Organize samples for laboratory preparation
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Enter patient information into EMR system
• Provide customer service to patients if errors occur
• Utilize Excel to organize patient information and verify personal information before setting appointments

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in spanish
• Medical terminology and laboratory experience preferred
