Description:
- recording and generating quotes and orders through the ERP system (SAP) - Assist with scheduling service visits for the field service engineering team- Administration of field service and office visits - Fielding customer issues with engineering team - Entering customer reports into SAP and tracking until completion with internal teams - Coordinate in-house and out-sourced repairs for customers - Track and manage spare parts via logistics - Insure quality checks are followed on all orders
