Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Description:

Manage variable Client Projects and or serve as the single point of contact and account leader for regional, national, or global client account(s) with high-touch relationship development and maintenance including continuous and ongoing interactions directly with client representatives and client’s internal customers or other project stakeholders both in person and remote.

• Owns key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and building trust striving for long-term relationships
• Manages a team to execute client project needs providing hands-on support when needed
• Develops and executes workflow logistics
• Ensures project deadlines are met
• Partners and coordinates with internal teams to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfies all requirements of contracts
• Build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team
• Provides technical assistance as required
• Initiates and coordinates measures to resolve technical and engineering problems
• Overall accountability for client approvals
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements
• Maintain required documentation of all projects and drawings generated
• Ensure that proper back up procedures are carried out to reduce lost data
• Monitor quality, accuracy and consistency of documents, details and any graphics
• Assist in the development of standards that will ensure document quality and accuracy
• Exceeds client expectations

Plus:

- Experience working with Tech companies, Labs, office space, power & cooling, Mission Critical

- Experience as an owners rep or working with a real estate company

Skills:

Project management, Construction management, Construction, Rfi, Project coordination, Design, Engineering, Construction document

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

* A bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience

* MBA or similar post-graduate studies highly desired

* LEED, AIA, PE, PMP preferred

* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
