Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Representative.

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle both inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information about products or services, and efficiently resolving issues with courtesy.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and precision.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide precise and timely information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing or shipping issues.
  • Adhere to company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their experiences, and work towards resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
  • Accurately and comprehensively document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service capabilities.
