Acquevo is Hiring a Customer Promotions Representative Near Los Angeles, CA

Acquevo is thrilled to present an opportunity to join our client's team in Los Angeles as a Customer Promotions Representative. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting various services to both new and existing customers. Operating primarily within retail settings, you'll also engage in office-based sales trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge. This position offers hourly pay with weekly compensation, including uncapped commissions, leading to on-track earnings of up to $65,000 yearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products and promotional campaigns to provide accurate deals to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible offers.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop strong customer relationships to understand their telecommunication needs and maximize sales opportunities, providing white-glove, full-service treatment throughout the sales process.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate professionally and warmly with customers to encourage engagement and address inquiries effectively, building rapport and trust.
  • Promotional Strategies: Utilize innovative promotional strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones, contributing to the growth and success of the sales team.
  • Commitment to Company Values: Embrace company mission and culture by taking initiative and going the extra mile in customer interactions, aligning with the company's values and goals.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions with executive-level account managers to advance from entry-level to senior sales roles, continuously learning and growing within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or sales-focused roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer-oriented skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills and clear, confident communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with customers and colleagues.
  • Tech-savvy mindset or a passion for technology with the ability to grasp new tools and concepts quickly, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to diverse customer bases, addressing challenges and finding solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proactive and driven mindset with a willingness to learn new skills, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm in all tasks.
  • Passion for engaging in direct customer interactions and maintaining high service standards, ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
