Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our sales team, you will:
Conduct field marketing in assigned territories, engaging homeowners face-to-face
Perform inspections of roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage
Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process with professionalism and expertise
Schedule and follow up on appointments with homeowners, ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must:
Pass a comprehensive background check
Have a clean driving record
Possess a valid driver's license
Be willing to travel for required sales trainings
Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Thrive in outdoor settings, regardless of weather conditions
Be able to work on feet and walk for extended periods of time
Have flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
Exhibit strong self-motivation and lead generation skills
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational abilities
