This position emphasizes the delivery of premium customer service, ensuring dependable 360 knowledge, and a clear path of resolution and/or escalation via calls, texts, chats, and emails from Acosta & Premium employees as well as retail store associates and managers. **What’s in it for you?** A competitive salary with a full benefits package. Be a part of a collaborative and culture-oriented team. **What will you do?** Actively supervise employees utilizing KPI's Hire, train, and terminate employees; conduct performance management. Coach and encourage excellent attendance, performance, and behavior. Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members and complete annual performance reviews. Process timesheets and invoices on time. Handle escalation phone calls, chats, texts, and emails, including Walmart Volt software, Premium 360, onboarding, and eLearning questions. Document issues with proper grammar and spelling. Communicate via emails, calls, and/or chats with internal business partners from Client Accounts, Field Operations, HR, Payroll, I.T., and more, providing escalation reports and trends. Choose grades that may affect field merchandisers' scorecards and complete 'Quality Checks' on new jobs/actions. Assist OSC team members with finding photo review assignments, training on assignments, and addressing questions. Perform other duties as required. **How will you succeed?** Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Develop and coach employees effectively. Exhibit strong communication skills, including formal business writing. Interpret and utilize operational documents such as scope-of-works and operating procedure manuals. Troubleshoot various business tools such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets, connectivity, and browsers. **Experience and Qualifications** High school diploma required; college coursework is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center setting. Experience in data analysis or employee management is a plus. **Work Environment and Physical Requirements** Ability to work in an environment where viewing a computer monitor for 100% of the shift is required. Must be able to sit for long periods and may need to wear personal protective equipment.
