Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing team members, utilizing KPIs, and generating performance metrics. **What’s in it for you?** A competitive salary with a full benefits package. Utilize KPIs for managing employees and vendors. Meet regularly with Client Account business partners to align on photo review criteria and deliver photo review results. Write job aids and photo review standards. Create and distribute performance metrics and photo review reports. Choose grades that may affect field merchandisers' scorecards, and complete quality checks on new jobs/actions. Assist OSC team members with finding photo review assignments, training on assignments, and addressing questions. Perform other duties as required. **How will you succeed?** Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exhibit strong communication skills, including formal business writing. Interpret and utilize operational documents such as scope-of-works and operating procedure manuals. Exhibit strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. **Experience and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, report building, or performance metrics design. **Work Environment and Physical Requirements** Ability to work in an environment where viewing a computer monitor for 100% of the shift is required. Must be able to sit for long periods and may need to wear personal protective equipment.
