Involved in creating the Project Charter, SLA, and Statements of Work. Participate in the development, documentation, and analysis of detailed functional requirements via system Use Cases and Use Case Realizations. Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum Education Requirements:** High School Diploma/GED Bachelor of Arts Degree OR Bachelor of Science Degree **Experience Requirement:** **4 to 6 years experience** designing technical business processes. Project Management Methodology ( **PMM** ) including the development of project documentation. Use **Case** development. **JAD/JAR** sessions including functional and technical requirement gathering, development, and translation totechnical teams. A **nalytical tools** , and flowcharting tools such as Visio. Work both independently and in a team environment. **Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:** Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Competent and good understanding of platforms such as Windows and UNIX. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Methodology ( **SDLC** ). Testing knowledge across various testing cycles. Solid knowledge of current Internet, Intranet, Extranet, client-server architectures including SharePoint. A certificate from a Business Analysis accreditation institution is preferred, but not required.
