Postion Overview
Responsibilities
Generate and consolidate comprehensive reports across multiple ecommerce channels.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor ecommerce success.
Develop a scalable reporting process to provide the Ecommerce team with weekly business metrics.
Create data visualizations and reports using Excel and Tableau to present actionable insights.
Conduct in-depth data analysis, including segmentation, cohort analysis, and trend forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and finance, to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making.
Assist in the development of ecommerce strategies and provide data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of reporting.
Work to build and maintain a robust customer database, enhancing engagement, personalization, and brand loyalty.
Thrive in a collaborative environment, working with multiple teams, both business and technical.
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to contribute to high-performing teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience or a related role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Excel and Tableau.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
Familiar with Google, Meta, Email Marketing, and Ecommerce platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve defined deadlines with minimal direction.
An iterative approach, on projects and initiatives, incorporating feedback for continual analytical improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management Information Systems (MIS).
Experience in ecommerce strategy and website platform reporting.
