The Acme Bread is looking for a full-time maintenance technician for a wholesale bakery in South San
Francisco.
Work days are Tuesday thru Saturday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm or until job is finished. The bakery is open 24/and candidate must be available to deal with emergencies at night if needed. Job consists of preventive
maintenance on bakery equipment and general upkeep of bakery facility.
Qualifications:
➢ Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays in cases of emergency repairs
➢ Must be responsible, responsive, punctual, reliable, flexible and respectful
➢ Good organizational skills, safety oriented, and self-motivated
➢ Must have a reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license
➢ Must be legally eligible to work in the US
➢ Fully vaccination status required
Requirements:
➢ Must be in good physical condition and able to safely lift and carry weight up to 5pounds
➢ Specific experience working with industrial and mechanical equipment
➢ General ability to understand and diagnose problems with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic devices
➢ Familiarity and competence with basic construction skills: carpentry, painting, and plumbing
➢ Some handyman experience and ability to work with power tools
➢ Must have good communication skills with supervisors and vendors
➢ Familiarity with burner controls and systems is a plus
➢ Welding experience is a plus
➢ Spanish speaking skills is a plus

Wages:
