Counter/Production Staff Member
The Acme Bread Company is looking for an addition to our staff of friendly, energetic people interested in
PART-TIME employment (1-shifts per week) with future possibility for full-time if desired.
Duties will include selling bread and help maintain a clean and organized shop and bakery, associated tasks and
some basic production responsibilities. Candidates with production experience can also have pizza and biscuit
production responsibilities with an increased hourly rate when fully trained and able to execute tasks in the
targeted amount of time. An experienced candidate that is the right fit will be included in product development
and compensated accordingly.
Qualifications:
➢ Must like and eat bread.
➢ Must enjoy interacting with people including co-workers and customers
➢ Must be a team player who strives to communicate and get along with co-workers
➢ Must be prompt and honest, strong, energetic, and nimble (lots of bending, twisting and lifting involved)
➢ Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
➢ Must have the capacity to work at a fast pace for hours
➢ Must efficiently accomplish side tasks when the bread line isn't long, multi-tasking is expected.
➢ Please provide professional references if you have them (we call)
➢ Foreign language skills are a big plus, especially Spanish! But any language is of use considering the
noticeably diverse backgrounds of our customers.
➢ Experience is valued BUT NOT REQUIRED!
Requirements:
➢ High school graduate
➢ Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (will include at least or possibly both weekend days)
➢ Available to work holidays (including day before Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve and New Year's Eve)
➢ A plus if you can fill-in on other days and extra shifts during the holiday season
➢ Must be legally eligible to work in the US
➢ Fully vaccination status required

Wages:
