A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING OFFICE MANAGER
In this Office Manager position, you play a crucial role in the important day-to-day operations of our company! Each day, you arrive at work ready to provide crucial office support, including communication with customers and internal personnel, scheduling jobs, tracking jobs progress, payroll, creating spreadsheets, providing updates to the internal team, maintaining our CRM (customer relationship manager) database, and performing ad hoc tasks as needed to keep the office efficient.
Organized and efficient, you are the heart of the business, helping customers and team members to make sure jobs are finished on time. Focused on providing top-notch customer service (internal and external), you keep in touch with every customer and touch base before each scheduled appointment. You find great satisfaction in helping our company run smoothly while keeping our customers happy!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING OFFICE MANAGER
