Part-time to Full-time hours available- Internship slots for the BACB supervised independent fieldwork/intensive practicum hours

- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with IDD and/or Autism
- Implement behavioral interventions to teach skills and/or address problem behaviors
- Assist BCBA in intervention program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Document treatment progress and collect treatment data
- Maintain accurate paperwork and submit within a timely manner
- Communicates regularly with BCBA and all treatment team members
- Assist BCBA in assessments and data analysis
- Attend required meetings and trainings to remain in compliance with the BACB and state regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- BA/BS degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education or related field (preferred)
- Excellent social skills and good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and also function well as part of a team
- Optimistic enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic
- Valid PA Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to travel between appointments
- Pass a driver's license background check.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (preferred)
- Experience in working with nonverbal children (preferred)
- Knowledge in Crisis Prevention Intervention (preferred)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!

- Ability to sustain energy level that can keep up with active children
- Ability to lift, pull and/or push at least 30 lbs
- Negative TB test results (completed within the last year)
