Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Description: Analyze business problems, identify gaps, and develop technical solutions for complex information systems under minimal supervision. Develop and review user cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis to create and modify requirements documents and design specifications. Analyze user requirements and client business needs using standard procedures. Identify and manage scope of changes based on client requirements. Ensure bi-directional traceability of requirements. Support testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of information systems. Track and report status of work assignments.

Job Requirements: Job requires Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 7 years of experience in any job title involving business analysis with healthcare data systems. Position requires 7 years of experience with the following: Domain knowledge of Medicare Medicaid and/or healthcare verticals, including MMIS; Business Analysis during SDLC and documentation procedures; High-level of technical and database knowledge in SQL; Experience facilitating and running Fit To Product and Solution Design requirements sessions; and Requirements elicitation and validation in software development. Position requires 3 years of experience with the following: Business Analysis leadership in complex technology projects encompassing multiple software applications and systems.
