**Job Description:**

Support an agile software development team. Work closely with the development team/client to manage and refine requirements, create reports, test software, support and facilitate various engagements/demos.

**Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with the customer and development team to define user stories and tasks needed to support software development

Support the client by generating various metrics/reports to support their business

Support the client with briefings/demos

Support end-users with troubleshooting and training

Support the development team by testing user stories as needed

**Must have:**

1 years of experience in business analysis, intelligence analysis, policy or strategy and a Bachelors degree or 3 years of experience in business analysis

Experience working on a software development team

Experience briefing/demoing to clients

**Nice to have:**

Experience with Tableau and SQL

Experience with JIRA and other Atlassian tools

Experience with Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Confluence, Agile Software Development Lifecycle, Business Requirements Analysis, or Agile Requirement Management

**Security Clearance:**

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
